GW Law’s Health Law and Policy Program Convenes Top Experts in ICHRA Roundtable

GW Law's Health Law and Policy Program brought together academics, policymakers, and industry leaders — including Oscar Health CEO Mark Bertolini as keynote — for a roundtable on where ICHRAs go from here. The consensus: adoption is real among small and mid-size employers, but the jury's still out on whether it scales to large employers, and the whole model hinges on an individual insurance market that's currently in flux. Professor Barak Richman framed the goal as using empirical research to find common ground across divergent stakeholders on cost and access.
